WRITING PROJECT PROPOSALS
Thanks to its heterogeneous team of professionals whose skills range across a wide variety of fields, the SUTRA Cooperative aims to support public bodies (state and local, including research organisations) and private entities (e.g. companies, foundations, non-profit organisations, associations) throughout the process of preparing European funding applications.
Our writing services not only involve so-called direct funds, also called EU programmes as they are managed directly by the European Commission or delegated agencies (the most common ones include Horizon and LIFE), but also indirect funds, i.e. managed by national, regional and local authorities (e.g. European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, Rural Development Programme).

The approval of a project is only the first phase. Once the 'granting' has been obtained, in fact, it is essential that everything previously validated continues smoothly and profitably. There will in fact be monitoring of the project, which makes painstaking project management essential to avoid missing deadlines or returning results that are not in line with those expected and agreed.

REPORTING

Accountability is the process of accounting for the expenses actually and definitively incurred by all partnership actors for the realisation of the project. The disbursement of funding by the Grantor only takes place if the evidence of the expenses "advanced" by those involved in the project is impeccable and follows the intricate sequence of formal and procedural obligations for submission.

If you already have a project in mind, SUTRA can check for you the existence of similar or complementary projects that have already been funded, as well as lay the foundations for fruitful synergies with consortia or partners to be included in the project.

The term 'dissemination' refers to the set of actions and strategies aimed at disseminating information on project results in order to maximise their impact on individuals, organisations and communities.
This is an essential process as it facilitates the transfer of results and their use by a wider audience.
